I ask three weeks ago for them to set up a contact session with me and my children. I have called 5 times and typed three emails. All the booking that had to be done at my end was done right away. They have not even bothered. Three weeks that I've had to wait to see my kids. I've now asked another group. Much cheaper too. Three weeks!
