Hardhill Mini Bus Hire in Bathgate

Absolutely shocking service... Totally forgot about 6 of us (4 children) at Glasgow Prestwick airport after taking us there 3 weeks before and having us pay both journeys and leave flight details of our return journey. Apparently someone took us out the book ????? I was supposed to be thankful that after I alerted them to no one being there after nearly half hour from landing and standing outside that they were sending someone now from Bathgate (around 1 hour and 20 mins away). The owner Ian called personally and said this was shocking and apologised saying unsure how this happened and that they would reimburse us something from what we had paid for waiting and for this poor service (as apparently this had never happened to him before!!). Told us to go back inside and wait. So we went to order breakfast as we hadn't slept or ate properly only for him to call 20 mins later to say he'd called John's Taxis in Glasgow (I rate them 5 stars by the way!) and would take us home and be there in 2 mins (Was actually 10 minutes later). I asked about my reimbursement and he scoffed that he'd just had to pay £110 personally to get us all home (not forgetting I'd already paid for this journey with Hardhill minibuses who didn't come!) he said he'd call me back as the important thing was me and kids got back home first. Eh I have now been home since around lunchtime on the 14/07 and am still waiting on my call Ian Whaley. Guess you don't only fail to deliver on bookings already paid but don't follow through on two promises to call and to reimburse... I would personally rate Meadowpark minibus hire better as although they would have cost us more they would have actually came for us and not left us standing with all our luggage!!!! Lower costs did certainly not prove to be the best choice.
