New Stitches Ltd in Richmond

Warning! Bad business! New Stitches cleaned my wedding dress the week before I was due to fly for my wedding. They assured me the dress would be safe but when I went to pick it up the day before my flight it was ruined.

There was a tear in the front and an obvious pulled thread among other things. I was devastated. I went back the next morning but the staff were completely unsympathetic and accused me of doing the damage myself. They gave us a 50 per cent refund because they said the 'dress was still clean'.

Had they have behaved better I would still have been upset - but not considering legal action. Customer service needs a massive improvement - or the business should just close down.
