I booked in my BMW 5 series for some front suspension work, I supplied the parts, namely two front ball joints, two drop links, four wishbones and front pads and discs, Its easily done in a day, its not hard.

17 days later I got a call to pick up my BMW, I paid the bill £518.00 ...17 days...yup its not a misprint.

I went out for a drive the very next day and had knocking from the front suspension. I put the car up on ramps only to discover that parts I had supplied and paid for to be fitted had not been fitted Nor had they been returned also the car was filthy inside and out when I picked it up,no floor mats and 17 days of getting in and out with dirty overalls had left a few marks and scuffs.

I got the parts back from the garage and I let them know what I thought of them and walked out.

They said they were keeping the parts for me...Yeah right!!!

Done with them they are just taking the mickey and the trust is now long gone.
