Theyh have really turned this company around. It was embarrassingly bad. New owners, new tech much more reliable. Getting a cab on spec is no longer a three day hit or miss.

5 star service, great communication, on-time, professional hard working team. Previous owners let the company fail and gave it a bad reputation, but the new owners have turned that all around and now they provide a cheap but superior service for the south east London area. Now the leading cab company in Essex, highly recommend.

After too long ripping people off jamie prescott has sold this company. Shame he never payed me or any other people their money back that he stole !

Absolutely awful service. Originally ordered a taxi for a return trip to an airport and they turned up on time. The problems started with the return trip, they booked us for a week later so we then had to get a local airport service at a very high cost.

The person in the cab office agreed to give us the £60 they owed us by dropping it off to our house, but he did not show, so we chased him the next day by actually going to the cab office only to find that they had moved premises.

We called again that same morning, but the person aid he could not help as his boss was not in to authorise the refund. We have now been waiting 4 days for a simple refund.

Brilliant! This company is highly recommended by my husband and I. We have used them on a few occasions for airport transfers and their kind, helpful service from South Ockendon is brilliant. We especially want to express our thanks to Kerry, Brian, and our driver Alan, who went above and beyond to help and support us when our EasyJet flight was delayed by 28 hours. They were just wonderful when we felt stranded and helpless. I would never use anyone else. It’s when things go wrong that a company shows it’s strength and Station Cars in South Ockendon outshines the rest. Thank you to all the team.

This is a cab business that is run as a family business where booking the cab is easy but the cabs always come late and when they do come, it will be 5 mins before the expecting time and leave at the time booked. They lack customer service and they lie when confronted about the delays or disappointment. They are very unreliable.
