Angelo's in Kilmarnock

I ordered Sausage and chips. The chips were first class, the sausage however was the worst I've ever encountered in a chip shop. I asked the man behind the counter where the sausages came from and he replied that they were from Colbeck's. They were absolutely terrible. The sausage was almost white and had no taste whatsoever, the batter surrounding these ghastly sausage imposters was also white, in and out of the fat in about ten seconds. When I told this gentleman that I was unable to eat his sausage he told me how many he sold in a week and left me to imagine that it was me who was at fault. I was charged the full price. If he had but told me he wasn't going to charge me for food I wasn't satisfied with I would have told him not to bother as I was quite prepared to pay. Sadly I didn't get the opportunity to be generous. Be warned that if you find anything wrong with your food in this shop then it's too bad. If no one has complained before you, then it's you who are at fault.
