We had a Rock door fitted last July 1014, Delighted with the product, excellent build and very secure. The installers did a vey good job and everything is neat, no complaints at all. However we have been asking for a glazing certificate but each time we are ignored, we must have requested this a few times now, it would be a good management skill to at least contact us as to the reason why instead of being left in the dark.
