Jim Robinson in Holsworthy

I was in need of a reputable lawnmower repair service and as it was a local business to me i decided to give Jim Robinson a try, I took my Yamaha lawn mower in to be repaired and serviced, I was not given a price but told that they would look at it and contact me with a price, a week later I was contacted and told that the repair would be approximatly £95. I agreed for the work to be done and was told it would be about a week to 10 days to be completed, 3 weeks later i finally got my mower back, I was told that extra parts were needed and the bill ended up being £239.43 + VAT, needless to say i was not impressed. On using the mower the starting problem that I originally asked them to fix came back after the second use, I took the mower back and got told that dirty fuel was the cause, despite myself using a new can and fresh fuel. My experience of Jim Robinson is therefore: bad service, very poor customer care and no aftercare, hence 1 star.
