Dixon Roadside Recovery in Ryton

Can't thank the guy enough! I very rarely feel strongly enough to provide reviews, however felt I had to put something down on this occasion. I am female and had broken down on the sliproad onto the A1 and managed to get over to the chevrons from the sliproad. I got out of my car and was standing in a precarious place as traffic was trying to avoid my car as they joined the A1. I was waiting for the RAC when Dixons Recovery truck came by, the guy stopped and came over to see if I was ok (I was in tears by now!) I said I was waiting for the RAC and he let me into the cab, loaded my car onto his truck and took me to Washington Services without charge where I could wait safely for my recovery. I honestly can not thank him enough, Good Samaritans are few and far between but he was definitely my Knight in shining armour that day.
