they're lying thieves, went shopping with kids got a bag of celebrations for a Christmas present, left them in boot of car, rang company straight away, they're claiming they don't have them. Never using this company again, and I suggest no one else use them either.
They left me stranded at a hotel and hung up on me twice when I tried to find out where my taxi was. Lousy customer service. Would not ever use them again ever. What sort of company leaves a woman alone without transport home. Disgraceful.
