CarpetRight plc in Denton, Manchester

Bought carpet for dining room, hall and stairs and landing. Carpet looks like someone with dirty feet walked on it, shows marks where people walk, carpet is supposed to be chocolate brown, now we have a mixture of mild and dark chocolate colours. Complained and someone came to look at it and said it was the way the pile was and that was it. I am really annoyed and will never buy another carpet from Carpet Right.
