Does 'customer service' mean nothing here? Really bad customer service, take your business elsewhere. They just love to say no! They won't even dry your laundry in their machines, if it's been washed elsewhere. What kind of dumb business sense is this? I'm sure this place will be out of business soon. It's a wonder it still exists (as of Nov 2014) in fact. STAY AWAY!
