I employed A & A home improvements to carry out a refurbishment of my home. This included plastering, tiling and joinery. The work was well below the standard expected and was examined by a number of professional tradesmen, who concluded that the only way to rectify the problems was to .remove the existing work and start again. I requested a refund and was denied so I had no alternative to resort to court action. The finding of the court was in my favour and an order was made to return monies paid.
