Chutneys ruined our Valentine's evening by telling us our pre-ordered meal would be ready in one hour - and then kept my partner waiting a further hour when he arrived to pick up the meal. No apologies, just an off-hand answer when my partner enquired, several times, how much longer he would have to wait. The meal was good - but nothing startlingly good for Ludlow and certainly not worth waiting two hours. Never again.
