An experienced BACP Accredited counsellor offering counselling services to support clients with a range of personal issues including anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, abuse, low self confidence, eating issues and dealing with change and loss. I am based in pleasant offices in North Hampshire with easy access and parking.
I offer different strategies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling, Humanistic Counselling and Solution Focussed Therapy, in order to find the approach which best fits with each individual client. A first step is to meet for an initial, informal discussion to look at how counselling may help resolve those difficult personal issues.
