Unable to order flooring that they were advertising as available. Failed to order samples of the alternative flooring they offer us despite repeated promises to do so. Eventually after delaying our project for 5 weeks whilst we were continually chasing them, we were forced to go elsewhere. Unreliable and would not recommend.
