ANP Joinery in Manchester

This man installed a upvc door in my house 5 years ago so I naturally phoned him to come and fix it when the lock broke. I left 2 messages - still no response so the third time I left a message telling him that I would get someone else in and send the bill to him. THEN he took the trouble to phone me - he said and I quote "you have just done yourself out of a repair!" - at this point I cut him off because he raised his voice to me. and blocked his number on my phone, Then he kept texting me for no good reason apart from telling me that he was on holiday. He also complained that I had phoned him out of office hours - it was 9pm and I could not get out of my back door. Had there been a fire - I could be dead!! He was totally out of order. I have had to pay a locksmith £155 pound just so that I can get out of my house should there be a fire.
I told him that I know his address simply to let him know that I knew where to send the bill - this he took as a threat, I am a 65yr old woman just over 5ft tall. I told him that if he carried on texting me that I would phone the police and his response was "likewise".
Now is this a man you want to pay for good money to? The whole locking mechanism has to be changed - he says he uses good quality parts - I beg to differ.
