FC Brooks & Sons in Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed

I had a terrible experience with this company.
The men who came on the day of my move clearly didn't want to be there and made this very clear with their attitude.
Even though they came prior to the move to inspect my belongings, they initially refused to move my property as it wasn't packed correctly.
When I finally talked them into moving my property I overheard one of the removal men refer to my belongings as "a load of sh*t!". They were even rude to my partner which they found very upsetting.
When I arrived at my new property, as I opened the front door they barged past me and filled the house with boxes, even though I wanted my property in the garage.
Do not use this company!
