Came in for the reflexology treatment feeling very stressed after going through a difficult time. Karen put me at ease right away with a lovely magnesium foot soak that melted away lots of my tension - I particularly liked the verbal relaxation techniques she used too which helped me to focus on areas of tightness and to let this go. The treatment was sublime and I came away feeling like I was floating on air.
