Phoned up asking for a bridesmaid dress altering a few days before the woman rang saying don't bother coming I'm going to London for the weekend I said I'm getting married a week after I wanted the alteration. She said come Monday then. When I phoned to say I would drop the dress off Monday morning she said I won't be In until after 2pm. We went elsewhere very unprofessional
