Appalling. Agent cancels viewings at the last minute and the service is disrespectful and shoddy. Agent takes phone calls third party by a person who 'can only pass messages on' and semi automated text messages. We waited for the agent outside in November before she turned up without apology 25 minutes late. The house had not been primed for viewing and we had to view it in the dark. There were cupboard doors hanging off and slug trails on the carpet. When challenged on disrespectful service, agent was rude. Do not use this agent. Not worth one star.
