Went for the Village Night offer on a Wednesday. Disappointed that the offer only applied to 2 simple, unexciting dishes and the rest was priced as normal. Seemed a bit of a con. The food was tasty but could have been more generous in size. We sat outside and it's their policy that you have to leave a payment card with them if you sit outside. Seemed a bit strange.
Although the food was good, we weren't convinced it justified the prices. It's one of the more expensive pubs in the area.
As far as we know, the Lamb has recently been taken over by new people. Lets see how long they last. We won't be back.
