Shocking experience - Karen’s style is to use other client’s experiences as examples. All very well until she referenced and detailed a client who was a female local in the new forest with a certain number of children (it was a high number - I won’t reveal it here for confidentiality) and she was therefore clearly identifiable by anyone who lives in the same area - a serious breach of client confidentiality for which she should have her affiliations questioned. I was very disappointed with her lack of discretion and therefore I would suggest caution in telling her anything you don’t want revealing to other clients.
