Mimosa Hairdressing and Beauty in London

I have been to this salon three times. I will not be returning again. Their weakest points are bad customer service and poor workmanship. When I phoned to make an appointment, I asked for a specific stylist. However, when I turned up for my appointment, I did not get that stylist and did not even get an explanation or an apology.

The other stylist I got was very rude and clearly did not get the memo about “customer service” when he joined the hairdressing industry. For example, I was just trying to make conversation and commented that I liked a Robbie Williams song that was playing on the radio. In response, the stylist went on some sort of anti-pop culture rant which can be summarized as: “you like a Robbie Williams song, therefore you are an idiot”.

When I asked this same stylist for “a little trim” (I have long, straight, uncomplicated hair and just wanted to get rid of split ends), the end result was so disastrous that I had to make an emergency appointment at another salon for the following weekend to rectify his "handiwork". He may as well have swept back my hair and cut it in a straight line with rusty kitchen scissors. Avoid this place.
