Don't use this firm. EVER. I used Kinetic on a web design job, and the firm proved to be a freaking disaster. The web designers were inexperienced and the graphic designers were just as bad. The owner was lost and floundering. All hot air and big promises but he didn't know what he was talking about. Worst of all they were dishonest about costs and delivery deadlines. Shoddy workmanship with outregeous costs and pure evil customer service.
