I was a regular customer to Baynes in Leven every morning for my daily large cappuccino. That was until this morning when I gave the young girl behind the till a coffee card for my free cup. The young girl then asked me for an additional 25p for a free cup??? This is the first and last time this will happen, as I will just take my custom elsewhere for my coffees and goods.

Surely if I purchase 7 large cappuccino's this should entitle me to a free large cappuccino without being charged an additional 25p.

Loyalty obviously counts for nothing these days.
