This company / Barry is unreliable, unresponsive, does not reply to any messages and difficult to get hold of.

Barry originally carried out repairs to my roof over 7 months ago, around chimney stack with new flashing... it has failed! I have called him back on numerous occasions but his attitude is 'not my fault'! He once committed to turn up but didn't. I've given him opportunity to come back and verify his work but nothing - he only lives 5 minutes away!

Use at your own risk! Really useless man/company, he will let you down as have other customers in my road I've discovered.
