Chinese Express in Wavertree, Liverpool

This is the worst take away Chinese meal I have ever had. Correction, can't even say this worst meal as me and my husband didn't even get past our starters. We were informed that the meal would arrive at 7.40pm, our takeaway didn't arrive until after 8.00pm which could be excused!!!
When our banquet arrived our chicken and sweetcorn soup was lukewarm. We then went to try our appetisers which consisted of springrolls, prawn toast spare ribs etc. Which were all cold and there was no meat on the spare ribs. We just binned the lot as there is no excuses for this restaurant, which is only a 10min walk away from where we live. What a waste of £35.00, phoned and asked to speak to the manager to ask for a refund only to have his mum listening to my phone call telling him what to say to me. He wouldn't give me a refund as I had paid with my card, he could only give a refund if it was a cash sale. This is the 1st and last time I will use the Chinese Express. Never ever ever again!!!
