Lake View Cattery in Market Deeping, Peterborough

Put my 3 cats in while I was moving house for an indefinite amount of time as our house was not ready and still isnt - put them in on the 13th and took them back out to another cattery on the 18th - paid 96 pound but for what I dont know - my cats were terrified of the staff and the specific diet we asked for and were told wasn't a problem was not met in the slightest and my cats all now have upset stomachs because of them feeding them the wrong food - challenged the staff to get a response of "well sometimes we just bung food in".
On a visit to see them was horrified to see staff hoovering out pens with cats stil in them cowering in a corner.
When we went to pick them up the owner refused access to our cats until I paid and then wouldn't let us put our cats in carriers, instead manhandled them herself and then told us we were rude and were not allowed back.
