I wish I could give zero stars. Totally useless. Waited in all day for a delivery of a birthday present. Hasn’t arrived. No phone call. No nothing. Phoned the customer care department to find out where my delivery is. No idea was the reply. Ask to speak to a manager and was told no one available. Ask for a call back by a manager and they actually put the phone down on me. Appalling customer service and I still don’t have my delivery.

Excellent, my parcel was delivered on time, tracking was brilliant. This was an important shipment for me and I really wanted the delivery to be perfect, I picked ups based on a friend's recommendation and I am glad I did.

I have quite an experience in sending/receiving parcels, and we rely on UPS for our most important tasks. DPD, DHL, City Link all offer decent services, but ups has proven to be the most reliable. Well done UPS!

1 star infers that they got at least something write. They are useless in every single respect. I have never had any parcel delivered by them on time over the years and would never recommend them, even to my worst enemy. How are they even in business? This time they actually sent it to the wrong delivery centre. The customer service is even worse, don't bother calling them, they have absolutely no clue where your parcel might be and no suggestions about what to do next. RUBBISH.

What a complete shambles of a company. They can't find the only theatre venue in Peterborough with a full address and post code and even when I have spoken to 3 different people so called customer care and confirmed the address for them, they still can't find me. The hub it is being delivered from is only the next county not the next country, I have asked for Northampton's UPS contact number, so I can guide them to me but have been told no. 1 star is far to generous.

3 weeks waiting. For the last three days I've been told it Should be with me that day and to wait until 7 or 7:30pm (depending on which idiot I got to talk to. Still waiting but until it is 72 hours over due, they will not start looking for it. Excellent response for a package that should only take 5 days!

Diabolical service!!!!! UPS have 'lost' my package from their Northampton depot. For two days I have been getting shunted around & fobbed me off by various individuals who are employed across ups & crouch logistics. Nobody will take responsibility for resolving the disappearance of a £330 go-pro camera which I have paid for. Disgusting. I will never use ups again. Zero stars zero stars zero stars zero stars zero stars zero stars. UPS - you make me sick!

Awful company... 10 days later and still no package.... driver has lied 3 times about attempted delivery.... called customer service (they shouldn't be able to call themselves that) 7times and each time I'm promised someone from the depot will call ms within 2 hours and so far I've had zero call backs so even more lies and poor service.

Worst service ever. Nine days they have had my package. Hours on the phone or internet wasted. Lie after lie. Driver doesn’t even get to our area and marks package as attempted. On day 8 finally got a call back yet again promising package will be marked as priority and delivered without fail. Guess what same lie. In two days time our company will have to let its customers down as a very important item was held up by UPS. The difference is We care about our customers and will tell them the truth. Wish UPS would just take my package to the post office and let them do the job UPS cannot (deliver a package). Well done, UPS never again for me.

Circumstances beyond control when a package is supposed to be getting delivered yesterday and was out for delivery and then reason is beyond control/weather is unacceptable on website. Call this morning to state the same thing having given tracking number on an automated phone call. There has to be some clarity since the package must have been on a van and then suddenly a problem before end of day....obviously the driver/could be ill or have had an incident etc, I get that at the moment, but someone should know where package is and update. Last heard what was going on yesterday when it was out for delivery. Then a problem popped up and it can't be about weather, and today no news. Package expected date was 30 April, then changed to 1 May, now we're 2nd May and no news since yesterday late pm.

Absolutely useless service. Awaited a parcel all day only to get a message at the end of the day that they delivered it to an access point. I now need to get in a car and drive 5 miles to collect it. It was urgent for me that I got it today. Being self employed and needing to be somewhere else tomorrow, I now cannot resolve a customer's issues until Monday, meaning I will have to work over my weekend. Very angry for this poor, poor service.

Utterly dreadful. A package which should have arrived on Monday is still not here at the end of Wednesday. I have called customer service no end of times - 3 times today they told me the local depot would phone me within one hour - didn't happen. The Northampton depot does not have a phone number to call - the one given is that of the call centre again! So, Northampton were supposed to phone me but haven't! and they can't be accessed by phone nor email. What an utterly disgraceful state of affairs. Should be thoroughly ashamed of their dreadful lack of communications and service.

I am still waiting for a parcel from Northampton depot. its been there for three days. I live less than 10 miles from the depot. They do not even deserve one star. Initially one letter was incorrect on the address. This did not affect the information as postcode was correct. Phoned and got this changed yesterday...but nothing seems to have been done. It is as urgent parcel. Needed by builders who are working on my property at the moment. Someone has not done their work.
