I think the service is completely despicable, the attitude on the people on the phone is disgraceful. The way they spoke to my daughter was disgusting and any business should not be speaking to customers in that manor. My 12 year old daughter left her grandmas purse in the taxi by accident, she rang up asking about her missing item and the lady on the phone spoke to her extremely badly! I use this service about twice a day but never again will I be using frontline, and my friends and family certainly won't! The woman was being rude and nasty towards my daughter, what disgusts me the most is that she is speaking to my 12 year old daughter like that and I was not there to support her, when she found out it was in the taxi the woman on the phone was being very horrible to her and speaking as if she was stupid and blamed it on her, then went on to make her pay 3 pounds for the taxi to bring the purse to be brought back! Also as had to wait an hour and a half for it to be returned I thought this was brutal and I won't ever be coming here again!
