Top to Toe Toiletries Ltd in Biddulph, Stoke-on-Trent

Top to Toe Toiletries is the most best traditional shop in my history. I used to go shopping here with my grandma when I was very small. Then when I was 17years old I was employed here. I ended up working here for almost 13 years. I started on a checkout worked my way to shelf filling and ended up managing my own department. Mr & Mrs Brocklehurst who were my very kind and loyal bosses, who put their trust in me and allowed me to grow learning the knowledge of retail & the best customer service skills I achieved. Top To Toe Toiletries Ltd is a piece of valuable history in its self. Even when I left to spread my wings, he gave me an excellent reference that I will treasure always and My boss still kept in contact with me, and still to this day, 23 years later. He's like the grandad I unfortunatley never got chance to know. He's the only traditional shopkeeper left in this world I know, just like my own gradad was when he had his own shop before I was born. Managers today are certainly not as caring as who we call Mr B xxx :-)
