Angles Team For Hair in Barrowford, Nelson

Really awful experience asked for long blunt layers on long hair. Got short choppy v layers!!!! My stylist Kirsty was really nice but if she couldnt cut the way I wanted I would rather she had just said...I cant cut those types of layers. It seems they can all only layer in one way!!! Rang Helen Manager to talk nicely and calmly about my hair not being cut in the way I asked for. Was totally shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer care when she said Kirsty on holiday this week and I cant see you this week!!! Actually she was just fogging me off and didnt want to try and rectify the problem. Was even more shocked the next day when I drove past Angles and saw Kirsty outside the shop. Really horrible to think she lied to me and treated me so bad. What a waist of £40 and I have a haircut I hate. Had to rebook in another salon that understood exactly the layer I want is uniform layers and very basic in hairdressing training.
