BSR Property Ltd in Farcet, Peterborough

I have dealt with Barry Rudd over the past years and found him to be fine, he says how it is, face to face, renting from him has been fine, as long as you pay your rent on time and look after his property, you do not see him, but if rent is late, you do see him, or he will call to sort out the problem with you, but he is a good Landlord.

Barry Rudd takes deposits on the property that he owns (though I believe he has now put the property into his wifes and daughters names - wife is Slimmon) he has declared himself bankrupt and the deposit money is not put into one of the government schemes. Upon taking him to court and winning we were unable to obtain any money. A loss now over approx £3k.

Barry Rudd leaves a trail of destruction in his wake. I note he has now formed yet another company this time a mutual company called BSR Rentals LTD. Look on Companies House and other public domain sites to see how many BSR (Barry Stuart Rudd) companies there have been over the years that have gone into receivership etc.

Never returned deposit and does not use government holding scheme. House had terrible mould problems. Fits wooden flooring in a very very damp house, in the bathroom to warp. Uses water based paint in said very very damp house which started dripping everywhere. We had slugs in the house every night! This chap should be banned.
