Jackies in Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay

Jackies 'Doner Special' pizza has ample toppings, tasteful throughout (including the base) and very satisfying. I have enjoyed most of the meat and salad menu but the pizza was a new choice that will definitely not be the last.

Twice in a row i have had an order from these delivered and twice it has been cold, I waited over an hour and I am 2 miles away from them. All I was offered was my money back or another pizza but it could take an hour. I asked them to tell driver not to ring the bell which she wrote on slip for him and yet he did and woke my little boy up.
The lady on the phone was lovely and very polite.
The manager on the other hand was not just kept giving excuses saying because of cold weather as if to say he had walked here with it. I would never recommend this, neither will I use them again.
