Patrick was paid a very reasonable amount up front to take up and replace a patio with Indian Flagstones, take up and relay a side drive with existing flags.
The money was paid in July 2020 and he removed some flags from the patio, leaving filthy gaping mud for the dog to bring into the house. This went on so long I bought the Indian Flagstones and laid the patio myself.
Meantime he came and took up the side drive and stacked the flags so that I cannot use the garage, it is weed infested, muddy and standing in water.
He has used an imaginative array of excuses as to why he doesn't turn up every time he promises he's coming. He's missed all the good weather, I've asked for my money back but he just says he will complete the job. It's been so traumatic, trying to keep the dog off the mess, seeing it every day but I haven't got the money at the moment to pay someone else to finish his mess. I wouldn't have given a star rating at all but it wouldn't let me continue.
I would strongly advise not to use this company.

Patrick was paid 50% upfront to do fence panels and returfing of a residential property. They arrived and proceeded to rip out every single tree, shrub and bush, dumping them everywhere. Then they disappeared! No phone calls or emails, no apologies either. Two weeks later and my garden resembles the explosion site in Beirut. Huge gaping shell holes, tree stumps everywhere, the garden is a filthy, muddy eyesore with bricks, rubble and dead plants strewn all over. No sign of the fence panels or turf but to return to the job he now demands more money. The workers smoke and throw their cigarette butts on the flag stones, one even brought his dog along. The final straw was the arrival of a cocky, arrogant lad who was rude and insolent. I ordered him off the property and don't want these cowboys to ever set foot here again. Avoid at all costs!
