One star rating because you have to give at least that, otherwise it would be zero! Absolute disgrace of a company and service unless you think stomping around with diva like demands, arrogance rudeness and bullying towards others (not in their group) and taking in alcohol for a set up is acceptable. Also helping themselves to alcohol that is on offer for guests of the show while these so called proffesionals are in charge of children (including their own). Just a few of the incidents that were reported and witnessed at an event involving this shambles of a company and matters will be taken further. Please stay away.
