My name is Edward Silver and I am a qualified Integrative counsellor with a counselling practice based in Cavendish, near Sudbury, Suffolk close to other local towns such as Bury St Edmunds, Braintree, Halstead, Hadleigh, Haverhill, Newmarket. Being able to talk to a non-judgemental counsellor in a safe environment can be a very therapeutic experience allowing difficulties to be faced and resolved. Relationships don't always go as smoothly as we'd hoped. Things aren't always brilliant at work. You may be coming to terms with painful memories from your past or you may have worries about the future. It could be bereavement, anxiety, depression, drug or alcohol abuse, or simply overwork - but suddenly, it's not so easy to cope. My practice can be open early in the morning or until late to help fit in with your busy lifestyle.
