Hartes Christmas Goods in Blackpool

3 years ago I brought a 3 piece suite from hartes costing £1000, we had nothing but problems with the after care, in the end costing us for replacement seat cushions which when returned were like sitting on concrete, we've had to put up with it causing ongoing back problems.

This year on a visit I brought a Christmas led ferris wheel, opened it on Saturday to find its not working properly, blue light keeps going on and off, the wheel is slow, I rang the shop thinking they learn by their mistakes but alas its not again linda promised to get someone to ring me within half an hour, today is Friday and no call, do not believe in after care from hartes it doesn't exist, they should feel ashamed.
