Rory Lewis Photographer in Liverpool

I booked a photoshoot with Rory based on the amazing reviews he has been given previously, but unfortunately my experience as one of Rory's customers have been far from ideal.

As regards the experience on the day, it was fairly average...I felt quite uncomfortable in Rory's presence and the studio was quite messy and dirty but when I was sent the photos upon returning home, there were enough that I was happy with and these were edited to a high standard.

However, when my photobook arrived, I was extremely disappointed. It was not what I had asked for at all. I had even gone to the trouble to create a document in Publisher to demonstrate how I'd like the photos to be presented but when the hard copy arrived, all the pictures were in the wrong order, they were not aligned with one another and there were marks on some of the pages.

I emailed Rory to express my disappointment and was pleased when he told me to make the photobook myself (although wished I had done this in the first place and saved a lot of hassle) and that he would reimburse me to cost. However, upon purchasing a second photobook and sending Rory the receipt, I heard nothing from him and never received my refund. I have tried emailing and phoning him several times but have heard nothing. All in all, I ended up paying double the price for the photobook and have been left feeling very disappointed and angry.
