Unprofessional and rude. Have been coming here for a year and saw the nail technician when I came in for threading.I decided to have shellac done. She filed my nail abrasively but I thought it wouldn't damage my nails so much as shellac was going to be applied. Another brand was used. It looked fine. 1 day later a nail broke, I filed it, then a day later it chipped further with polish coming off then a further 2 nails had chipped polish. Said she would fix it at no extra charge but to remove it i would need to pay. I said I can't come back again if it chips away (I cannot have unkept nails at work) so she agreed to no charge and wanted money for simple nail polish. What a joke. £20 for shellac for 5 days when it should last 2 weeks. I know it lasts as i have had it done several times elsewhere before. Terrible service. She shouted and was rude. I left with my nails unfinished and will do it myself.
I called the owner Aisha. She looked shocked but didn't say anything to her. Said it was separate. I said I am a regular to here and this is terrible service. It is giving her business a bad name. To a customer it is one beauty salon. What a waste of time and money. Best to keep away I think.
