If I could put 0 I would. Disgraceful employer. Awful attitude to employees with young family. Dismiss when suits them with no notice and no written warnings. Overload delivery vans regularly and have very recently delivered ribs to a Chinese in Leicester that were 2 years out of date!! They swapped labels on these ribs in order to hide the real sell by date/consume by date! They drop food on the outdoor unsanitary floor regularly and package it up for delivery. They do not use any health and safety. They do not provide hi-vis jackets on the yard and had no forklift licence until the coming Monday. They have made employees work outdoors in the rain and then directly into an indistrial freezer in soaking clothes. They currently have exterminators in to remove mice from the dry food store. No signed contract provided when employment starts and regardless of asking one is not supplied during. I would assume this is so employees don't know their own rights in the buisness.
