Zizzi Head Office in London

Visited Zizzi Inverness and was shocked at how poor your options are for your free from menu. I eventually ordered spaghetti bolognese gluten free and what I was served tasted like tinned herby tomatoes mixed through pasta......no beef to be seen anywhere on my plate. Plus our food was left sitting on the counter for nearly 10 minutes before we got it. I left most of mine and complained to the staff who were very understanding and adjusted the bill accordingly. But we will not be back. Zizzi you have changed from the amazing restaurant we used to visit. Please up your game again and serve us good food.

Just wanted to say that myself and my partner went to your branch at the Metro Centre in Gateshead last night and the food was just amazing and our waitress Hayley made the night for us, she was appropriately attentive and thoughtful. Please pass on our compliments to the team at Gateshead and to Hayley in particular.
