Springfield Post Office in Birmingham

I didn't have to queue for more than a couple of minutes. When I got there, the person at the counter was polite, friendly and very helpful. I wanted to return a parcel and she explained the different options and helped me make the right choice. Totally professional, and made me feel confident in the service.
