Tyre flips, sledge hammer smashes, boxing ring, boxing bags, fully furbished plate loaded gym, CV equipment, 0-60kg dumbells, strongman log press, car deadlifts, Atlas stones, more than 2000kg of plates, 3' thick barbells to focus on forearms and grip, on site car parking for all members, a protein bar and TV area all under one roof.
Learn a mixture of karate, Combat Wing Chun, JKD Street Fighting, Iaido, Kendo, Kenjutsu, Kobujutsu, Iaijutsu, Taijutsu, Aikijutsu, Kick-boxing and Krav Maga.
And the fighting style of the Japanese Yamabushi (Fudomyo-o Shugendo Shinden Fudo Ryu).
