Superb customer service at Chorley today, over the phone, from someone in training. The call required careful consideration of various data, as I didn't want to automatically go on to 'MiFi' but stick with my USB Dongle, to increase my standard data usage beyond my elapsed contract begun 2 years ago. This all worked out as they'd explained once I'd contacted the national 3 Customer Service (to update the details, again handled excellently over the phone).
