We used this company for conveyancing. Their communications were almost non existent. Never answered the phone and never called back when messages left. Very rarely answered emails. Their online key stage report was still a month out of date when our sale fell through. We had a cash buyer and there was no onward chain. After nearly 2 months with little progress they pulled out.
I will use a local solicitor who I can at least speak with next time!
