Hello, I'm Vicky Mould, and I offer private, caring and non-judgmental counselling for adults of all ages. Individual sessions are available over the phone or online using a secure platform such as Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp. As an experienced bereavement counsellor and mental health therapist, I often work with people impacted by loss and grief - including baby loss, sexual and domestic abuse, stress, low self-confidence and self-worth, loneliness, relationship issues, depression, postnatal depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, BPD, PTSD and schizophrenia. I can offer a safe and supportive relationship where you can explore thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be troubling you and find your sense of coping, healing or well-being. In counselling sessions, we can work at your pace, and you will be genuinely valued, accepted, heard and understood. My goal is to support and empower you to make choices or changes you want to make. You can contact me to arrange a 45-minute consultation or ask questions before taking that step. The consultation offers an opportunity to explore if we could work well together and costs a fee of £30. Any subsequent sessions cost £52 per 60-minute session. We can discuss a reduced rate for sessions if finances may prevent you from getting the support you need.
