A V S in Burntwood

Richard did the MOT on my car, it passed he then did the service, brought it t back sounding like a tractor with thick black smoke coming out of the exhaust, he took it back, brought it back again sounding worse, smoke worse, he took it back again, after nearly a week with out a car, I asked him to bring it back, called green flag came out and made me sign to say I wouldn’t drive it as it was un drivable, towed to Ford, nearly £2000 later Richard caused s much damage to my car and is now not answering my messages when I asked for his insurance details.
