We ALFI Furniture Makers are a small family business designing and making pine furniture including kitchens. Their furniture has a traditional look, and is supplied finished either with a wax polish or painted finish. Kitchens are designed and planned with the aid of a computer so that plans can be altered easily and the customer can see what it will look like before it is made. The furniture is made from solid pine, using traditional techniques such as dove tail joints it is built to stand the tests of time. Each piece is made bespoke to the customer's dimensions so pieces can be made to fit awkward spaces, taking advantage of the space available. As well as painted kitchens, popular pieces include wardrobes, beds, bedside cabinets, chests of drawers, dressing tables, blanket boxes, bookcases, TV cabinets, dressers, computer desks, coffee tables, dining tables, larder stores, electricity meter cupboards.
